Swimming in Winter

My Mum and Dad went camping at the beach a couple of weekends ago. They took Ella and Alex along for a sleep over in the caravan. The camp ground has a fantastic kids pool and play area and it was such a lovely, warm weekend that the kids went swimming every day they were there. I went down with Charlotte after a few days to pick up the other two and give Nanna and Grandad a well-deserved break.

Move Over Annie Oakley

My little cowgirl.

Clever Charlotte

Charlotte is nearly 10 months old now. She can clap, thows her hands in the air for 'hooray', says 'da da da' and just yesterday she started saying 'ma ma ma'. Of course, we all think she's so so clever and so so gorgeous.

Cowboy Craziness

Our good friend Lachlan turned 6 this month. Lachlan always has the BEST parties and this year it was cowboys. Alex looked great. There were haybales to play on, a cowboy boot pinata, throw the hoop on the cactus games and, of course, pass the parcel. Everyone had a great day.

Pumpin' Iron

Ella playing at Playgroup. They have lots of dress-up stuff there and she picked this one out of the pile, brought it to me and wanted to wear it. The boys were a bit envious. She was pretty happy to be the centre of attention for a few minutes.

I'm So Gorgeous

This picture is so beautiful that I just needed to share it with the world. She's such a treasure!

Tigers at Bunnings

Bill took the kids to the local (massive) hardware store and they came home looking like they'd had a great time. We might start taking a picnic and spending the day there.

Six Months Old Today

Charlotte is six months old. She's sitting up, trying desparately to crawl and is still as gummy as the day she was born. Happy six-month birthday, Midget.

Toni's New Hump

Alex likes to put his hand up the back of my shirt to feel the bumps and lumps. Sometimes he decides he would like to become one of the bumps. Weirdo.

Happy Easter

There is nothing like chocolate at 7am to get a toddler ready and raring for the day. Ella likes to keep a bit of chocolate dangling from her chin for later, just in case the supply runs out.
